I grew up on the beautiful Caribbean island of Dominica where the fresh vegetables and fruits are in abundance. I remember my mom going to the market every Saturday to get all the fresh ingredients to make this marinade sauce. Saturdays was production day for this sauce which my mom would make enough to share with friends and family. I always wondered why my mom would get so many compliments for her food and it was all because of this special sauce. When I was old enough to cook, my mom showed me the ropes of how to make this marinade sauce.

In 2013, I started this  side catering business, and always got so many compliments for my food, ( thanks to my mom) folks would say " It's not spicy, it's flavorful!" and that's what the sole purpose of this marinade and all purpose sauce is all about. Flavor! There's always ways to boost flavor in your food. It's not spicy, it's flavorful and this marinade sauce will boost that flavor.
